You may return or exchange your products within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they have not been used or removed from the original packaging. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition – unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories included. Products showing signs of use or those not in their original condition will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Machine Return Policy
Customers may return any diffuser purchased online within 30 days of the date of purchase or the date of receipt, whichever is later, for a refund. The diffuser must meet our condition criteria as mentioned above. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned diffusers. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Returns
For purchases that include multiple items, partial returns will be processed for the specific items returned, provided they meet our return criteria. Refunds will be adjusted accordingly.
